Join us as a Site Quality, Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Manager (f/m/d) in Nuremberg, Germany, where you will play a pivotal role in ensuring operational EHS support for our site leadership and workforce. You will champion a zero-harm culture and promote employee wellbeing throughout all project phases. Your proactive leadership will guide quality assurance efforts, monitor inspections, and manage external quality interfaces, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company standards. How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Manage quality assurance on the project, ensuring all standards are met
  • Lead quality inspections and oversee the Real Estate interface to resolve quality issues effectively
  • Collaborate with external bodies on quality matters, ensuring compliance and satisfaction
  • Assist work package managers in preventing failures and closing non-conformance reports (NRCs)
  • Provide essential quality training to project staff, enhancing their skills and knowledge
  • Conduct routine site inspections and fire risk assessments to maintain a safe working environment

What You Bring

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, Quality, or a related field
  • With many years of experience in site-based QEHS roles, you bring a wealth of knowledge from the energy or construction sectors
  • You possess strong knowledge of local and international QEHS regulations and proven experience in incident investigation and emergency response planning
  • Excellent communication in German and English, leadership, and organizational skills are your strengths
  • Certification in NEBOSH, BCSP, OSHA, or equivalent is preferred, along with a lead auditor qualification
