Job title: Site Operations Manager
About the Role The Site Operations Manager at Decathlon Mexico will own a key perimeter where people, safety, and operational performance intersect, responsible for structuring, securing, and driving performance. You will lead a team, ensure site safety and security, optimize operations and budget, and champion sustainability.
What You'll Do
- Build and develop high-performing teams: design an organization aligned with current and future challenges; recruit, onboard, and develop the right talents without compromising standards; drive individual and collective performance; create a demanding, healthy, and empowering work environment; bring to life the company's purpose, values, and human fundamentals.
- Ensure people safety and site security: act as the warehouse safety leader; analyze every incident and implement concrete action plans; lead audits, compliance, and regulatory requirements; ensure high-quality safety training and team readiness; deploy robust systems (evacuation plans, risk prevention, disaster recovery plan); clear objective: 0 major accidents, 100% of incidents analyzed.
- Drive operational and financial performance: optimize operating costs and improve site profitability; co-build and manage the annual budget; ensure strong execution of operational standards and processes; monitor performance and continuously improve efficiency.
- Lead environmental impact and sustainability: integrate eco-responsibility into daily operations; implement and monitor sustainability action plans; optimize energy consumption and resource management; structure waste management and promote circular practices.
