About the Role
Novartis is seeking a Site MS&T Lead to lead and develop the Site Manufacturing Science & Technology organization, drive technical oversight of products and manufacturing processes, lead technology transfers, process introductions, and scale-up activities. This role owns the site validation strategy and partners with site, platform, and global leaders to drive manufacturing excellence and ensure inspection readiness. What You'll Do
- Lead and develop the Site MS&T organization.
- Drive technical oversight and life cycle stewardship of products and manufacturing processes.
- Lead technology transfers, process introductions, and scale-up activities.
- Own site validation strategy.
- Partner with site, platform, and global leaders.
- Champion manufacturing excellence.
- Ensure inspection readiness and technical leadership during inspections.
- Build strong stakeholder relationships and make data-driven decisions. What We're Looking For
- MSc in Pharmacy or Chemistry, or other relevant scientific discipline.
- Proficiency in English.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in MS&T, Quality, Manufacturing, or Process Development, with demonstrated technical leadership.
- Strong leadership experience including people leadership, organizational development, and talent growth.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and decision-making skills. Nice to Have
- Experience within aseptic manufacturing or biologics production environments.
- Working knowledge of Slovene. Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: 46,900 – 87,100 (annual base)
