About this role
Salary Range:$5000-$7000 Benefits：
- 0-20% performance related pay (PRP) per month
- 2% medical pay per month
- 5.5 working days
Key responsibilities
- Supervise workers, foremen and subcontractors to ensure work is carried out according to drawings and project specifications
- Coordinate with main contractors, consultants and other trades to resolve site issues
- Monitor work progress, manpower allocation and project schedules
- Ensure all electrical works comply with safety regulations and quality standards
- Conduct site inspections and attend site meetings when required
- Prepare site progress reports and coordinate with the Project Manager
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in electrical works within the construction industry
- Experience working with an electrical subcontractor is preferred
- Able to read and understand electrical drawings
- Good site coordination, manpower management and problem-solving skills
- Familiar with Singapore construction site safety requirements
- Able to work independently and manage site operations effectively
