Job title: Site Manager (Responsable de Site) – Miniac Morvan
About the Role Site Manager for Volvo Trucks France based in Miniac Morvan (35). You will drive the development of the site after-sales activity, achieve annual objectives (hours volume, parts revenue, profitability, customer satisfaction) and lead the 28-person after-sales team with the support of 3 team leaders (mechanics, bodywork, spare parts) and a service advisor to guarantee customer satisfaction.
What You'll Do
- Develop the skills of the team and ensure the development of competencies.
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures and regulations on hygiene, safety, quality and environment (ISO, Qualitative Requirements).
- Implement action plans to guarantee site profitability.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team dedicated to vehicle sales (VN, VO).
- Resolve customer disputes while protecting the company’s interests and customer satisfaction.
- Be the guardian of the site’s assets.
What We're Looking For
- Higher education such as BTS MAVA option VI; ideally with a professional license in organization and management of automotive services.
- Familiar with the transport environment; around 10 years of professional experience demonstrating a commercial posture balancing company and customer satisfaction.
- Inspirational leadership with open and respectful communication and strong managerial qualities.
Nice to Have
- A professional license in organization and management of automotive services (or equivalent) is desirable.
- Experience in after-sales within the automotive sector.
