We are looking for an experienced Freelance Site Manager to join a specialist high-end residential contractor delivering a luxury private home in Richmond.
The project is currently underway, with completion scheduled for late 2027, offering a long-term freelance opportunity working on a prestigious residential scheme with exceptional finishes and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and to the highest standards.
- Manage subcontractors, specialist trades and suppliers.
- Coordinate construction activities, sequencing and short-term programmes.
- Maintain exceptional quality control, particularly across high-end finishes and bespoke installations.
- Work closely with the Project Manager, design team and client representatives.
- Ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations and site procedures.
- Monitor progress, resolve site issues and support successful project delivery.
Requirements

Proven experience as a Site Manager delivering high-end or super-prime residential projects.

Strong knowledge of luxury refurbishments, bespoke finishes and specialist trades.

Excellent subcontractor management and communication skills.

Ability to maintain demanding quality standards and programme deadlines.

Valid SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications.

Available for a long-term freelance contract.
