About this role
A full-time on-site role supporting the planning and coordination of Microsoft data center construction projects, ensuring materials, workers, equipment, and site activities run smoothly.
Key work:
- Coordinate site logistics, deliveries, equipment staging, and workforce access.
- Track construction progress, schedules, risks, and project issues.
- Support contractors, vendors, and Microsoft project teams.
- Maintain project documentation, reports, trackers, and meeting materials.
- Help improve workflows using tools like Microsoft Copilot and digital platforms.
- Support safety, security, inspections, and site readiness activities.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.

Experience with construction/project coordination.

Preferred:

Data center construction experience.

Knowledge of tools like Procore, BIM/Navisworks, scheduling systems.

Experience with RFIs, submittals, inspections, and project reporting.

Safety training (OSHA 10 or equivalent).
Location: La Porte, Indiana (relocation assistance provided) Pay: ~$97,600–$188,400/year.
