About the Role
MoveInSync, a global leader in employee commute solutions, is looking for a dynamic and hands-on Operations Manager to lead and scale our Driver Partner Operations across the NCR region.
What You’ll Do
- Own end-to-end fleet and driver partner operations across the NCR region.
- Manage driver partner sourcing, onboarding, deployment, and day-to-day partner engagement.
- Lead and scale city-based ground operations teams while ensuring high fulfillment rates and adherence to SLAs.
- Drive driver partner retention through effective engagement, fair trip allocation, and timely payout management.
- Manage vendor relationships, compliance documentation, audits, and operational risk protocols.
- Analyze operational metrics and implement data-driven improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery and a superior customer experience.
- Ensure process compliance, operational discipline, and continuous improvement across all assigned locations.
What You'll Need:
- Strong experience in fleet, transport, logistics, or last-mile operations.
- Proven experience in vendor and driver partner management.
- Excellent stakeholder management and team leadership skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth operational environment.
