Job title: Site HSE Officer
Location: Calabar, Cross River

Purpose
- To ensure the effective implementation and compliance of Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies and regulations across the plant, preventing workplace injuries and promoting a safe and healthy working environment.
The Job
- Driving the implementation of Critical to Safety (CSP) and Behaviour-Based Safety (BBS) programmes to promote a strong safety culture across the site.
- Identifying workplace hazards and risks and implementing appropriate control measures to prevent accidents and incidents.
- Participating in HSE audits and ensuring timely closure of all identified audit gaps.
- Reviewing and periodically testing site emergency response plans to ensure operational effectiveness.
