About the Role As Site HR Manager in Bouzonville, you will lead the local HR department, ensure compliance with labor regulations, and drive HR initiatives aligned with ZF's global strategy. You will be part of the plant management team and help shape the site's future in automation and digitalization.
What You'll Do
- Develop and implement HR policies aligned with the Group's strategy.
- Manage the HR department and coordinate HR activities and projects.
- Facilitate social relations and ensure compliance with labor laws.
- Advise operational staff and manage interactions with the Group and external parties.
- Monitor HR indicators and maintain a constructive social climate.
- Drive the site's strategy for Automation and Digitalization as part of the plant management team.
What We're Looking For
- Master’s degree in Human Resources, Labor Law, or equivalent.
- Extensive experience in HR management and social relations.
- Strong knowledge of labor law and social legislation.
- Proficient in HR software (e.g., ADP, Kélio, Peoplesoft, SuccessFactors).
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
- Initiative-driven and proactive mindset.
- Proven ability to lead and support teams effectively.
- Fluent French and advanced English language skills.
