Site General Manager

About the Role Crown Technical Systems, a Flex Company, is seeking a Site General Manager in Fontana, CA. This role reports to the VP Operations and is responsible for planning, directing, and controlling all manufacturing activities to ensure products are built on schedule, to quality standards, and within cost goals.

What You'll Do

• Lead and direct site operations to drive business growth, profitability, and operational excellence in alignment with the company’s vision and mission.
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal and business skills effective at all organizational levels.
• Manage day-to-day operations through hands-on leadership, regular floor walks, and direct feedback.
• Oversee functions including Operations, Planning, Regulatory Compliance, Quality Assurance, Safety and Facilities.
• Coordinate with support departments to keep schedules on track and proactively resolve potential roadblocks.
• Estimate manufacturing capacity, production and materials control, warehousing and site facilities, maintenance, industrial engineering and other manufacturing activities.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards and drive continuous improvement.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or operational management with an MBA is preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing operations, including senior management and executive-level roles.
• Direct, proven experience managing P&L and budgets at a project level and driving operating growth.
• Proven record of enhancing operational efficiency through improvements in inventory turns, quality, delivery, performance, cycle times and cost management.
• Ability to explain complex data targets simply to front-line staff and executive leadership alike.
• Certified or experienced in Continuous Improvement framework to drive operational excellence.
• Demonstrated understanding of project management principles, methodologies and best practices.
• High proficiency with ERP software and business intelligence tools.
• Highly organized and values tactical results and continuous progress.

Nice to Have

• MBA preferred; Bachelor’s degree in engineering or operational management with an MBA is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: $195,300.00 - $268,600.00 USD per year.
