Job title: Site Erection Manager
About the Role ANDRITZ seeks a hands-on Site Erection Manager to lead on-site HSE, supervise erection activities, manage installation schedules, and coordinate with customers and erection partners. This role ensures compliance with ANDRITZ standards and delivers planned project execution on-site.
What You'll Do
- Fully responsible for on-site HSE involvement with timely reports and plan.
- Manage site erection for the project; oversee installation schedule for erection of equipment and dynamic control.
- Act as a site advisor, supervising and managing the erection company according to ANDRITZ technique requirements.
- Prepare weekly reports, daily logs, deviation reports, and completion certificate reports for site work.
- Communicate with project manager; coordinate site cooperation with customers; conduct weekly meetings with customer and installation company for erection.
- Inspect and work according to ANDRITZ drawings; perform on-site measurements; operate gradient, theodolite, and laser alignment devices as required.
What We're Looking For
- Mechanical bachelor's degree or relevant mechanical background.
- At least 5 years of experience in chemical pulp or alkali recovery installation, or pressure vessel or power boiler installation.
- Understanding of mechanical drawings and WPS, and master installation standards.
- Strong teamwork and ability to work with customers.
- Good written and spoken English; fluent communication with foreigners.
- CET4 or higher.
- Proficiency in office software (Word, Excel, PPT, Project, etc.).
