About the Role IQVIA is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team as a Site Enrollment and Engagement Lead. The role (formerly the Clinical Trial Educator) provides information and education on clinical trial inclusion and exclusion criteria to trial coordinators and healthcare providers. The Site Enrollment and Engagement Lead will deliver in-service presentations to increase patient enrollment and will work in partnership with CRAs and other field-based medical teams to develop tailored recruitment plans. This role also involves building referral networks with referring physicians and support groups in the therapeutic area. This is a full-time, field-based position with up to 75% travel nationwide. What You'll Do
- Provide information and education on clinical trial inclusion and exclusion criteria to trial coordinators and healthcare providers.
- Deliver in-service presentations with the goal of increasing patient enrollment.
- Collaborate with CRAs and other field-based medical teams to develop tailored recruitment plans.
- Build and manage referral networks with referring physicians and support groups in the therapeutic area.
- Work with referring physicians to support sites and expand patient recruitment; travel up to 75% nationwide. What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) in Health Sciences or related field, or Associate Degree in Nursing with active RN license
- Clinical Research experience required
- Registered Nurse or other licensed healthcare professional preferred
- CCRC preferred
- Minimum 2 years of Site Enrollment and Engagement Lead and/or healthcare education preferred
- Community engagement experience required
- Diversity and Inclusion in Clinical Trials experience preferred
- Excellent interpersonal skills, able to establish rapport with a wide range of people
- Business experience a plus
- Customer service skills
- Excellent technology and administrative skills
- Excellent presentation skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills in local language Nice to Have
- Operating room (OR) experience
- Stem-cell therapies and ophthalmology experience preferred
