About the Role IQVIA is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team as a Site Enrollment and Engagement Lead (formerly the Clinical Trial Educator). The ideal candidate will bring strong operating room experience and a passion for educating and supporting clinical teams. This field-based role focuses on providing information and education on clinical trial inclusion/exclusion criteria, delivering in-service presentations to increase patient enrollment, and collaborating with field-based medical teams to develop tailored recruitment plans. The position involves working with referring physicians and support groups, with up to 75% nationwide travel. What You'll Do
- Provide information and education on clinical trial inclusion and exclusion criteria to trial coordinators and healthcare providers.
- Deliver in-service presentations with the goal of increasing patient enrollment.
- Work in partnership with CRAs and other field-based medical teams for optimal trial execution and development of tailored recruitment plans.
- Develop referral networks with referring physicians and engage with support groups in the therapeutic area.
- Travel up to 75% nationwide as a full-time, field-based position. What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) in Health Sciences or related field, or equivalent academic/professional qualifications, including Associate Degree in Nursing with active Registered Nurse license; Clinical Research experience required.
- Registered Nurse or other licensed healthcare professional preferred; CCRC preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of Site Enrollment and Engagement Lead and/or healthcare education experience preferred.
- Community engagement experience required.
- Diversity and Inclusion in Clinical Trials experience preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and written/oral communication skills; ability to establish rapport with a wide range of people; customer service skills; strong technology and administrative skills; local language proficiency. Nice to Have
