About the Role The Site Enrollment and Engagement Lead will provide information and education on clinical trial inclusion and exclusion criteria to trial coordinators and healthcare providers. The role aims to increase patient enrollment, working with CRAs and field-based medical teams to develop tailored recruitment plans, and building referral networks with referring physicians and support groups. This is a full-time, field-based position with up to 75% travel. What You'll Do
- Provide information and education on clinical trial inclusion and exclusion criteria to trial coordinators and healthcare providers.
- Deliver in-service presentations to increase patient enrollment.
- Partner with CRAs and other field-based medical teams for optimal trial execution and develop tailored recruitment plans.
- Develop referral networks with referring physicians and support groups in the therapeutic area.
- Travel up to 75% nationwide. What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) in Health Sciences or related field, or Associate Degree in Nursing with active Registered Nurse license.
- Clinical Research experience required.
- Registered Nurse or other licensed healthcare professional preferred; CCRC preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of Site Enrollment and Engagement Lead and/or healthcare education preferred.
- Community engagement experience required; Diversity and Inclusion in Clinical Trials experience preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, able to establish rapport with a wide range of people.
- Business experience a plus.
- Customer service skills.
- Excellent technology and administrative skills.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Strong oral and written communication skills in local language. Nice to Have
- Experience in stem-cell therapies and ophthalmology highly preferred.
