Job Summary

• We are urgently recruiting a civil engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality civil and structural engineering work across planning, site supervision, and construction management.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Responsibilities
• Plan and oversee civil engineering projects, including roads, drainage, bridges, and infrastructure.
• Conduct site investigations, feasibility studies, and environmental impact assessments.
• Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and contractors to align project goals.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and sustainability practices.

Operational Responsibilities:

• Monitor project progress, timelines, and contractor performance.
• Identify and resolve technical issues on site.
• Prepare reports and technical documentation.
• Ensure proper selection and testing of construction materials.
• Recommend innovative and sustainable construction techniques.
• Conduct risk assessments and safety audits on project sites.
• Supervise construction activities to ensure adherence to design specifications and quality standards.
• Oversee earthworks, drainage systems, and roadworks as part of site development.
• Assist in procurement planning for civil works and material sourcing.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Project Management Team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Building

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience

• Proficiency in relevant civil engineering software.

• Geotechnical engineering knowledge.

• Construction management competence.

• Hydraulics and hydrology knowledge.

• Surveying and mapping skills.

• Good understanding of building codes and regulations.

• Project management capability.

• Knowledge of construction methods.

• Familiarity with sustainable engineering practices.
