Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site operations to ensure work is executed efficiently and according to approved plans.

• Interpret engineering drawings and ensure all construction activities comply with approved specifications.

• Monitor structural, civil, and other engineering works to ensure technical accuracy and quality.

• Supervise contractors and subcontractors while maintaining quality control standards.

• Ensure all materials used on site meet approved specifications and project requirements.

• Prepare and submit accurate daily site progress reports, work-done reports, and technical reports.

• Coordinate site inspections and ensure excellent housekeeping across project sites.

• Identify technical issues, recommend corrective actions, and ensure timely resolution.

• Ensure strict compliance with Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) policies and company procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related Engineering discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years' relevant construction site experience.
• Registration with the Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN) is required.
• Membership of the Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE) is required.
• CORBON Membership is an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge of structural and civil engineering principles, construction methods, and quality standards.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in engineering and project reporting tools is an advantage.
