We are looking for a Site Engineer to oversee construction activities on-site and ensure projects are completed according to approved plans, quality standards, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction activities and ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings and specifications.
• Monitor contractors, artisans, and other site workers.
• Ensure construction work meets required quality and safety standards.
• Interpret and implement architectural and engineering drawings.
• Monitor materials used on-site and ensure proper utilisation.
• Track project progress and provide regular site reports.
• Identify and resolve technical issues that may arise during construction.
• Coordinate with the Project Manager, contractors, consultants, and other project teams.
• Ensure site activities comply with health and safety requirements.
• Monitor project timelines and report delays or challenges promptly.
• Conduct regular site inspections and ensure proper documentation of activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree/HND in Civil Engineering, Building Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in construction/site supervision, preferably within real estate.

• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and site operations.

• Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.

• Good knowledge of construction safety and quality standards.

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and effectively manage site activities.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant engineering/construction software is an added advantage.

• Must be willing to work on-site and travel to project locations when required.
