Site Engagement Liaison

About the Role As a Site Engagement Liaison at ICON, you will help identify and remove site-level and enrollment-related barriers to enhance study performance and participant recruitment, while not having direct responsibility for on-site monitoring. You will support site engagement strategies and collaborate with study teams to enable successful clinical studies. What You'll Do

• Serve as an effective communication “bridge” between sites, third party vendors and the sponsor
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at clinical trial sites, including principal investigators, site coordinators, and research staff
• Monitor site performance metrics and provide regular updates to study teams on site engagement activities and outcomes
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement site engagement strategies tailored to the specific needs of each study and site
• Identify opportunities to improve site engagement and optimize site performance through regular communication and feedback mechanisms
• Provide support and guidance to site staff on study protocols, procedures, and regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance and successful study conduct What We're Looking For
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Experience in clinical research with strong working knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP)
• Prior experience as a CRA would be an advantage
• Travel required (approx. 50%)
• Fluent in English as well as the required language to conduct day-to-day business
• Therapeutic expertise and knowledge of the clinical research landscape; ability to acquire and maintain therapeutic expertise to support portfolio needs
• Strong self-management and organizational skills; ability to manage workload, set personal priorities and adjust as needed Nice to Have
