About this role
About the Role The Site DBS Leader will promote and facilitate the successful implementation of the Danaher Business System (DBS) at the Tonglu manufacturing site. This role focuses on improving plant performance across Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory and Productivity through structured problem-solving, Kaizen and Daily Management. They will work with site leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business results, build DBS capability, and establish a sustainable continuous improvement culture on the shop floor. This position reports to Tonglu Site Leader. What You'll Do
- Promote the DBS culture via training and practice, to create the environment, throughout the site, where DBS can flourish, while inspiring associates, driving engagement and enabling changes
