About the Role ICON is seeking a Site Contract and Payment Specialist to support management of clinical trial sites by assisting with site contracts and payments, ensuring compliance with study protocols, and maintaining high standards of operational efficiency. What You'll Do
- Collaborate with finance and budgeting representatives for tracking and reporting of negotiations
- Contract development, approval and maintenance
- Payments (investigators, vendors and grants)
- Monitor and track adherence and disclosures
- Budget closeout
- Providing ongoing administrative support to other members of the clinical study team, supporting other clinical colleagues in tracking study progress
- Collaborating with site staff to ensure clinical trials are being run according to the protocol
- Document management, tracking, electronic filing and review What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as life sciences, healthcare administration, or clinical research
- Minimum 2 years site contract or payment working experience in pharma/CRO
