About the Role A Site Engagement Liaison at ICON will foster relationships with clinical trial sites, enhance site engagement, and contribute to the advancement of innovative treatments and therapies across sponsor-dedicated activities in Israel. What You'll Do
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at clinical trial sites, including principal investigators, site coordinators, and research staff
- Provide support and guidance to site staff on study protocols, procedures, and regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance and successful study conduct
- Identify opportunities to improve site engagement and optimize site performance through regular communication and feedback mechanisms
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement site engagement strategies tailored to the specific needs of each study and site
- Monitor site performance metrics and provide regular updates to study teams on site engagement activities and outcomes
- Travel as required: conduct Site Initiation Visits (SIV), review Monitoring Visit Reports (MVR), and support CRAs throughout the study process What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in life sciences or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience as CRA/Sr. CRA; CTM experience preferred
- Demonstrated experience in site management with prior site monitor/CRAD experience
- Demonstrated experience in startup activities through to site activation
- Demonstrated experience in conduct and close-out activities
- Knowledge of quality and regulatory requirements in applicable countries
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- Knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines and regulatory requirements for clinical trials
- Fluent in English and Hebrew
- Willingness to travel approximately 60% Nice to Have
