We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Site Administrator

Location: Lagos

Job type: Full-ime

Role Summary

  • The Site Administrator will be responsible for maintaining accurate site records, coordinating documentation, tracking labour and material data, supporting reporting processes, and ensuring that information flows efficiently between the project site and Head Office.
  • This role is critical to maintaining control, accountability, and operational efficiency on a complex construction site.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate records of labour attendance, site activities, material movements, and project documentation.
  • Prepare and update daily, weekly, and monthly administrative and operational reports.
  • Track and reconcile site data, identify discrepancies, and escalate issues requiring management attention.
  • Coordinate documentation between Site Engineers, Procurement, Stores, HR, and Head Office.
  • Manage filing systems, correspondence, approvals, and document control processes.
  • Support workforce administration, onboarding documentation, and site welfare coordination.
  • Monitor administrative compliance and ensure timely submission of required records and reports.
  • Assist project leadership with data analysis, reporting accuracy, and operational follow-up.

Requirements

  • OND / HND / B.Sc. in Business Administration, Office Management, Accounting, Statistics, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years’ experience in site administration, project administration, or construction administration.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, data reconciliation, and reporting).
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to analyze and interpret site data.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume construction environment.
  • Experience on large construction or high-rise projects is a strong advantage.
