Job title: Site Activation Specialist / Contract Specialist
About the Role IQVIA’s Global Site Activation Team drives best in class site and customer experience to ensure patients on Clinical trials have access to safe and effective medication. As a Site Activation Coordinator, you will perform country-level site activation activities under general supervision, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations and SOPs, and collaborating with multiple internal teams.
What You'll Do
- Perform feasibility, site activation, and some maintenance activities for investigative sites in assigned studies, in line with regulations, SOPs, and work instructions.
- Work closely with the Site Activation Manager, Project Management team, and other departments to ensure activation activities are delivered on time and to quality standards.
- Review documents for completeness, consistency, and accuracy; prepare site documents; track progress; follow up the approval and execution of required documents such as questionnaires, CDAs, regulatory/ethics submissions, Informed Consent Forms, and Investigator Pack release documents.
- Support updating and maintenance of internal systems, databases, tracking tools, timelines, and project plans with accurate project-specific information.
- Maintain alignment with local and international regulatory requirements and SOPs throughout site activation activities.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s Degree in Life Science or related field.
- Minimum 3 years’ work experience; 1+ years in healthcare or similar.
- Good interpersonal, communication and organizational skills to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, managers and sponsors.
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with regulatory filings, ethics submissions, and clinical research workflows is helpful.
