About this role

SIOP Tactical Planning Analyst

The Tactical Planning Analyst operates at the intersection of strategic planning and plant-level execution (S&OE). This role ensures that SI&OP consensus plans are effectively declined into actionable tactical preparations, bridges plant inputs toward internal and external customers, and steers the governance around SI&OP data usage into Purchasing and Procurement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent Supply Planning in the SI&OP cycle on the tactical horizon, ensuring supply-side inputs are accurate, timely, and actionable.

  • Bridge inputs from plants (S&OE) toward internal and external customers, translating operational realities into the SI&OP planning process.

  • Decline long-term strategic plans into tactical preparation, ensuring smooth transition from strategic workload allocation to near-term execution readiness.

  • Drive and oversee SI&OP volume usage into execution, monitoring adherence and flagging deviations between planned and actual volumes.

  • Steer governance around SI&OP data usage into Purchasing/Procurement, ensuring procurement actions are aligned with the latest consensus plan.

  • Collect and coordinate supplier constraint feedback to and from Procurement, escalating risks that may impact near-term delivery commitments.

  • Support NPDI discussions from a tactical perspective, ensuring new product introduction timelines are feasible within current plant workloads.

  • Participate actively in SI&OP meetings, providing tactical supply updates and flagging short-to-medium term risks.

  • Collaborate with Plant S&OE Managers to ensure alignment between regional SI&OP plans and plant-level scheduling.

  • Support Six Sigma projects (Green Belt level) aimed at improving tactical planning accuracy and execution reliability.

  • Contribute to Kinaxis implementation efforts, particularly in configuring tactical planning workflows and data integration with plant systems.

  • Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.

  • 2–4 years of experience in supply chain planning, production planning, or S&OE, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

  • Strong understanding of production planning, workload balancing, and plant scheduling processes.

  • Familiarity with S&OP/SI&OP processes and ERP systems (Kinaxis experience is a plus).

  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and ability to work with large data sets.

  • Six Sigma Green Belt certification or willingness to obtain one.

  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to work across functions (plants, procurement, demand planning).

  • Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.

  • Salary: The anticipated salary range for this role Slovakia is between €18 645 to €23 307 gross per and reflects the range applicable in that jurisdiction. Certain roles may be eligible for variable compensation and benefits.
