About the Role This is a Premier Health Network position within Wright State University’s Boonshoft School of Medicine and Premier Physician Network. The enhanced affiliation aims to transform health care delivery in the Miami Valley and beyond. We seek physicians who can elevate academic health organizations in clinical care, research, and education, and who can develop and oversee innovative health care delivery models while sustaining clinical excellence and supporting scholarly activity.
What You'll Do
- Develop and oversee innovative health care delivery models in an academic health system setting.
- Sustain excellence in clinical care and support academic endeavors, research initiatives, and scholarly activity.
- Promote collaboration between Wright State University and Premier Physician Network to transform regional health care delivery.
- Communicate strategically and diplomatically to advance mission and stakeholder engagement.
What We're Looking For
- Demonstrated ability to enhance and elevate academic health organizations in clinical care, research, and education.
- Comprehensive understanding of the mission and experience in developing and overseeing innovative health care delivery models, sustaining clinical excellence, and promoting scholarly activity.
- Outstanding strategic communication and diplomacy skills.
