About the Role Modern Technology Solutions, Inc. (MTSI) is seeking a SIM Operations Engineer to support simulation and operations activities at Edwards AFB, California. The role focuses on maintaining and operating simulation systems to enable mission readiness and effective program execution. What You'll Do
- Maintain and operate simulation and related systems to support Edwards AFB missions.
- Assist with integration, testing, and deployment of simulation capabilities.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including engineering, program management, and operations.
- Provide troubleshooting and technical documentation to ensure reliable system performance. What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience with simulation/operational environments, systems engineering, or aerospace/defense domains.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work onsite at Edwards AFB.
