Job title: Signing Supervisor - Solar Electrician
About the Role The Signing Supervisor will review solar plans and help our team execute. As part of a team of solar installers, the Solar Electrician leads the crew in a sound electrical layout and installation. You should be able to read design schematics, troubleshoot issues that arise in the field, be well versed in 2017 and 2020 NEC, familiar with local codes, and be willing to learn and lead.

- Review solar plans and help the team execute
- Lead the crew in electrical layout and installation
- Read design schematics and troubleshoot field issues
- Ensure compliance with 2017 and 2020 NEC and local codes
- Learn and lead others; mentor junior team
- Promote safety first and mitigate safety concerns
What We're Looking For
- Oregon Supervising Electrician License is required
- Positive track record and experience installing residential solar
- Knowledge of residential electrical systems
- Professional workmanship with homeowners and co-workers, we treat each other with respect
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Believe in quality, aesthetics, and taking your time to do it right
- Always put safety first. Lead by example and mitigate safety concerns before they arise
- OSHA 10 Certification required within 12 months
