About the Role The Shuttle Driver CDL A/B is a W-2 position in San Francisco that operates a company-provided vehicle to transport passengers while prioritizing safety and reliability. The role includes providing a premier driving experience, with company coverage of fuel, maintenance, and insurance, and a guaranteed hourly wage plus tips. What You'll Do
- Greet and assist passengers in a courteous, professional manner.
- Transport passengers safely and punctually to designated locations.
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and promptly report any maintenance or safety issues.
- Follow all safety protocols, traffic laws, and company policies.
- Navigate using GPS and, when needed, the Uber app to complete trips.
- Complete trips as scheduled and adhere to shift hours; enjoy company-provided vehicle with no personal-vehicle costs.
- Assist passengers with boarding and alighting as needed. What We're Looking For
- Valid CDL A or B with passenger endorsement.
- 25 years of age or older.
- Prior full-size van driving experience and clean driving record.
- Ability to pass background check and drug screen; English fluency.
- Eligible to drive on the Uber app.
- Must have a valid CDL and be willing to operate a company-provided vehicle. Nice to Have
- Experience in rideshare or shuttle operations.
- Familiarity with dash cams and vehicle safety features.
- Ability to work flexible/extra shifts as needed. Compensation & Benefits
- Starting pay of $24.00/hour, with performance bonuses and the ability to keep 100% of tips.
