Do you enjoy helping others feel comfortable, confident, and cared for? Pine Ridge Post Acute is looking for a compassionate and dependable Full-Time Shower Aide to join our team!
Our Shower Aides play an important role in making residents feel their best by providing respectful, thoughtful personal care. If you're someone who takes pride in helping others and enjoys being part of a supportive team, we'd love to meet you!
What You'll Do:
- Assist residents with bathing, showering, grooming, and personal hygiene.
- Provide care while maintaining each resident's dignity, privacy, and independence.
- Monitor residents' skin condition and report any concerns or changes to nursing staff.
- Keep shower rooms clean, organized, and properly stocked.
- Follow infection prevention and safety procedures.
- Communicate with nursing staff regarding residents' needs and preferences.
- Help create a positive, comfortable, and enjoyable experience for our residents.
What We're Looking For:
- A compassionate, patient, and dependable team player.
- Someone who enjoys working with seniors and making a difference.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to follow care instructions and safety guidelines.
- Previous healthcare or caregiving experience preferred, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn go a long way!
