About the Role
We are seeking an organized, proactive, and customer-focused Shortlet Property Manager to oversee the smooth operation of our shortlet property in Victoria Island and ensure an excellent experience for guests.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate guest check-ins and check-outs
- Ensure apartments are clean, well-maintained, and guest-ready
- Communicate with guests and respond promptly to inquiries and concerns
- Coordinate cleaners, maintenance personnel, and other service providers
- Monitor the condition of the property and report maintenance issues
- Handle property-related errands and operational tasks when required
- Ensure guests have a smooth and pleasant stay
- Maintain records of bookings, guest activities, maintenance issues, and expenses
- Provide regular updates on property operations to management
Requirements
- Previous experience in shortlet, hospitality, hotel, property, or Airbnb management is an advantage
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently
- Good knowledge of Victoria Island and its environs
- Ability to coordinate vendors, cleaners, and maintenance personnel
- Must be available to respond to guest-related matters when required
- Good smartphone and basic computer skills
