About the Role Shopify offers multiple learning and early-career pathways designed to help you break into tech and grow in your field, including a Dev Degree program, paid engineering internships, an Apprentice Product Manager program, and a Design Apprentice program. What You'll Do
- Participate in the Dev Degree Program, which combines work with studies to earn a computer science degree.
- Complete a 4-month paid Engineering Internship open to students, recent graduates, and those early in their careers.
- Join the 12-month Apprentice Product Manager (APM) program to gain the skills needed to start a product management career.
- Participate in the 6-month Design Apprentice Program, featuring two rotations and mentorship from senior designers. Built for new graduates, career switchers, and those early in their design careers. What We're Looking For
- Interest in technology and willingness to learn across coding, product, and design tracks.
- Openness to participate in structured programs designed for students, new graduates, or those mid-career looking to break into Shopify’s fields.
- Alignment with a growth mindset and desire to gain hands-on experience in a fast-moving tech environment. Nice to Have
- For Design Apprentice: enthusiasm for design, collaboration, and mentorship from senior designers.
- For PM track: interest in product strategy, user experience, and cross-functional collaboration.
