About the Role The Amorino Shop Manager will oversee the Tenerife store (Siam Mall) and lead the team to ensure excellent customer service, stock management, and adherence to Amorino standards. This role focuses on managing people, schedules, budgets, inventories and daily store operations to drive sales and profitability. What You'll Do
- Provide training to all employees on Amorino Know-how and standard procedures, and ongoing training on products, promotions and policies.
- Supervise and coordinate duties and daily tasks among the team members.
- Oversee the accuracy of product portions, presentation, efficiency and quality of customer service, store maintenance and sanitation.
- Check invoices, costs and payroll-related administrative duties.
- Manage supplier contacts in case the store owner's absence.
- Assist in planning a store budget.
