Shop Manager
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Store Manager to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store.
- Lead and supervise front-of-house and back-of-house staff.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve customer concerns.
- Monitor product quality, cleanliness, and presentation standards.
- Coordinate store orders and liaise with Head Office.
- Train, coach, and manage staff performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Prepare operational and sales reports.
Salary
N230,000 - N250,000 monthly
