Shop Manager Sevilla – Alcázar

About the Role The Amorino Store Manager is responsible for leading the store and the team, ensuring excellent customer service, proper product presentation, and smooth daily operations. You will train staff on Amorino Know-how and standard procedures, manage scheduling, budgets, inventory, and supplier relations, and drive KPIs to achieve sales and profitability targets. The role requires hands-on leadership, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to store maintenance and sanitation. What You'll Do

• Plan and promote the daily schedule of employees, interview, hire, coordinate and discipline staff, ensuring the store is stocked, clean, and in proper working order.
• Provide training on Amorino Know-how and standard procedures; oversee ongoing training on products, promotions, and policies.
• Supervise daily tasks and duties among team members; ensure correct product portions, presentation, efficiency, quality of customer service, store maintenance, and sanitation.
• Handle administrative duties including invoices, costs and payroll-related tasks; manage supplier contacts in the owner’s absence; assist in planning the store budget; monitor KPIs to optimize sales, profitability and cost management.
• Complete or delegate weekly frozen and dry goods inventory; place orders according to store needs, season and owner guidelines.
• Oversee daily cash management; maintain templates for product traceability, cleaning, machinery maintenance and store cleanliness.
• Manage posters and signs in-store per Amorino guidelines; track gelato servings per employee and monitor stock turnover with the scale. What We're Looking For

• Strong leadership and communication skills; ability to train and supervise staff.
• Experience in inventory management, ordering, supplier coordination, and cash handling; ability to manage budgets and KPIs.
• Familiarity with Amorino know-how, procedures, and standards.
• Availability to start as soon as possible.
