About the Role The Amorino Store Manager is responsible for running the store and supervising the team, including staffing, scheduling, interviewing, hiring, coordinating and disciplining employees, and ensuring the store is stocked, clean, and operating in line with Amorino standards. The role also involves inventory management, supplier coordination, budgeting, and tracking KPIs to maximize sales, profitability, and overall store performance. What You'll Do

  • Provide training to all employees on the Amorino Know-how and standard procedures, and ongoing training regarding new and existing products, promotions and policies.
  • Supervise and coordinate the duties and daily tasks among the team members.
  • Oversee and ensure correct product portions, presentation, efficiency and quality of customer service, store maintenance and sanitation.
  • Check regularly invoices, costs and personnel/payroll related administrative duties.
  • Manage the contacts with suppliers in case of absence of the store owner.
  • Cooperate in planning a store budget.
  • Monitor and drive KPIs related to sales, profitability, store management and cost control.
  • Complete or delegate weekly frozen and dry goods inventory; place dry and frozen goods orders according to store needs, season and owner guidelines.
  • Supervise daily cash management functions.
  • Complete, check and renew templates regarding product traceability/cleaning, machinery maintenance and cleaning, stores area cleanliness and general maintenance.
  • Manage posters and signs placement in the store according to Amorino guidelines.
  • Track gelato servings per employee to ensure balanced gelato and stock turnover using the scale. What We're Looking For
  • Customer service orientation and a professional, friendly attitude.
  • Leadership and strong communication skills.
  • Ability to train, supervise and motivate a team; experience in scheduling and task coordination.
  • Knowledge of inventory management, cash handling, supplier relations and KPI tracking; store operations experience in retail/food service is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Amorino standards and policies is beneficial.
