About the Role The Amorino Store Manager is responsible for running the store and leading the team. You will plan staff schedules, interview and hire, coordinate daily tasks, and ensure the store is stocked, clean, and in proper working order to deliver excellent customer service and sales results. What You'll Do
- Provide training to all employees on the Amorino Know-how and standard procedures, and ongoing training on products, promotions, and policies
- Supervise and coordinate the duties and daily tasks among the team
- Oversee proper serving, presentation, efficiency, and quality of customer service, store maintenance, and sanitation
- Check invoices, costs, and payroll-related administrative duties
- Manage supplier contacts in the owner's absence
- Assist in planning the store budget
- Track KPIs for sales, profitability, store management, and cost control
- Complete or delegate weekly frozen and dry goods inventory; place dry and frozen goods orders according to needs, season, and owner guidelines
- Supervise daily cash management
- Maintain templates for product traceability, cleaning, machinery maintenance, and store cleanliness
- Manage posters and signs placement according to Amorino guidelines
- Monitor gelato stocking and turnover by regularly tracking servings per employee What We're Looking For
