About the Role A Store Manager at Amorino oversees the store operations and a team of staff to ensure excellent service, correct product presentation, and efficient store management. The role involves planning schedules, training, hiring, inventory management, and working closely with the owner to meet KPIs.
What You'll Do
- Provide training to all employees on Amorino Know-how and standard procedures, and ongoing training on products, promotions, and policies.
- Supervise and coordinate daily tasks among the team.
- Ensure correct product servings, presentation, customer service quality, store maintenance, and sanitation.
- Handle invoices, costs, and payroll-related administrative duties; manage supplier contacts in owner's absence; participate in budgeting; monitor KPIs for sales, profitability, and cost management.
- Manage weekly frozen and dry goods inventories; place orders based on store needs and owner guidelines.
- Supervise cash management functions; maintain templates for traceability, cleaning, equipment maintenance, and cleanliness; manage signage according to Amorino guidelines.
- Monitor gelato-to-stock turnover by tracking servings per employee with a scale.
