About the Role The Amorino Store Manager oversees the Ibiza store and its team, planning schedules, training staff on Amorino procedures, and ensuring excellent customer service, product presentation, and store maintenance. This role requires strong leadership, operational discipline, and a focus on achieving store KPIs and profitability.

What You'll Do

• Provide training to all employees on Amorino Know-how and standard procedures, and ongoing training regarding new and existing products, promotions and policies.
• Supervise and coordinate the duties and daily tasks among the team members; ensure correct portions, presentation, efficiency and quality of customer service, store maintenance, and sanitation.
• Check invoices, costs and payroll-related administrative duties; manage supplier contacts in the owner’s absence and assist in planning a store budget.
• Monitor KPIs and drive sales, profitability, store management, and cost control; complete or delegate weekly inventory of frozen and dry goods and place orders based on store needs and owner guidelines.
• Oversee daily cash management; maintain templates for product traceability, machinery maintenance and cleaning, and general store cleanliness.
• Manage posters and signs per Amorino guidelines; track gelato servings per employee to ensure balanced stock turnover using the scale.

What We're Looking For

• Customer service mindset with strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to supervise a team, coordinate store operations, and manage inventory and basic budgeting.
• Attention to detail in QA, cleanliness, safety, and adherence to brand standards.
• Knowledge of Amorino Know-how and standard procedures is preferred; experience in store management and vendor coordination is a plus.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Amorino processes; passion for gelato and guest experience.
