About the Role The Amorino Store Manager at Casablanca – Anfa oversees daily store operations, staff performance, and customer experience. The role involves planning work schedules, training employees on Amorino know-how, managing inventory, budgets, and supplier relations, and ensuring the store meets sales and quality targets.

What You'll Do

• Lead and supervise daily store operations and the team, including scheduling, interviewing, hiring, coaching, and disciplinary action as needed.
• Provide ongoing training on Amorino know-how, products, promotions and policies; ensure staff maintain high standards of service, presentation, sanitation and cleanliness.
• Manage stock and inventory: complete weekly frozen and dry goods inventories, place orders per store needs and owner guidelines, monitor gelato servings and stock turnover, ensure accurate product traceability.
• Oversee administrative duties: invoices, costs, payroll, cost controls, and cash handling; maintain templates for product traceability/cleaning, machinery maintenance, and store area cleanliness and general maintenance; manage posters/signage per brand guidelines.
• Manage supplier relationships in the owner’s absence and assist in planning a store budget; monitor KPIs for sales, profitability, store management, cost control.
• Ensure store maintenance, cleanliness and security, including machinery maintenance; maintain signage and stock presentation.
• Track gelato servings per employee to ensure correct amounts and balanced stock turnover.

• Ability to train and develop staff, manage schedules, payroll, inventory, and cash handling.
• Knowledge of Amorino products and brand standards; commitment to quality, presentation and sanitation.
• Strong organizational and analytical abilities; experience with budget planning and supplier coordination.
• Proactive, results-oriented with ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience in gelato or premium ice cream/frozen dessert environments.
• Familiarity with inventory control, supplier relationships and store maintenance best practices.
