- Plan and promote daily staff schedules; interview, hire, coordinate and discipline employees; ensure the store is stocked, clean, and in proper working order.
- Provide training on Amorino Know-how and standard procedures; ensure ongoing training on products, promotions and policies.
- Supervise and coordinate duties and daily tasks among team members; ensure correct portions, presentation, and quality of customer service, store maintenance and sanitation.
