Shop Manager

About the Role The Amorino Store Manager is in charge of the store and the employees who work within. The role involves planning and promoting daily staff schedules, interviewing and hiring, coordinating and disciplining personnel, and ensuring the store is stocked, clean, and in proper working order. What You'll Do

• Provide training to all employees on the Amorino Know-how and standard procedures, and ensure ongoing training regarding new and existing products, promotions and policies.
• Supervise and coordinate the duties and daily tasks among the team members.
• Oversee and rectify the team members’ ability to serve correct amounts of product, maintain presentation, efficiency, quality of customer service, store maintenance and sanitation.
• Regularly check invoices, costs and payroll-related administrative duties.
• Manage supplier contacts in case the store owner is absent; cooperate in planning a store budget.
• Track KPIs set by management to optimize sales, profitability, store management, and cost control.
• Complete or delegate weekly frozen and dry goods inventory; place orders according to store needs, season, and owner guidelines.
• Supervise daily cash management; maintain templates regarding product traceability/cleaning, machinery maintenance and general store cleanliness.
• Manage posters and signs placement according to Amorino guidelines; monitor gelato turnover by tracking servings per employee with the scale. What We're Looking For
• Strong leadership and communication skills; customer-service oriented.
• Experience with training, scheduling, and payroll/administrative duties.
• Ability to manage inventory, supplier relations, budgeting, and KPI tracking.
• Knowledge of hygiene, sanitation, and store maintenance.
• Personal attitude oriented to customer service, leadership and communication.
