Shop Manager

About the Role The Amorino Shop Manager oversees the store operations and staff in Merida, ensuring service quality, inventory accuracy, and adherence to Amorino standards and policies. The role involves training, scheduling, budgeting, KPI management, and maintaining a clean, efficient store to drive sales and profitability. What You'll Do

• Provide training to all employees on the Amorino Know-how and standard procedures, and ensure ongoing training on new/existing products, promotions and policies.
• Supervise and coordinate the duties and daily tasks among team members.
• Oversee and ensure correct product portioning, presentation, efficiency, customer service, store maintenance and sanitation.
• Check regularly invoices, costs and payroll-related administrative duties.
• Manage supplier contacts in case the store owner is absent.
• Assist in store budget planning.
• Monitor KPIs set by management to optimize sales, profitability, store management, and cost control.
• Complete or delegate weekly frozen and dry goods inventory.
• Place orders for dry and frozen goods according to store needs, season and owner guidelines.
• Supervise daily cash management.
• Complete/check/renew templates for product traceability, cleaning, machinery maintenance, store cleanliness and general maintenance.
• Manage posters and signs placement according to Amorino guidelines.
• Monitor gelato servings per employee using the scale to ensure balanced gelato and stock turnover. What We're Looking For
