About the Role The Amorino Store Manager in Alicante is responsible for overseeing store operations, leading the team, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. The role focuses on driving sales, maintaining high standards, and ensuring profitability for the store.

What You'll Do

• Plan and promote daily staff schedules; interview, hire, coordinate and discipline employees to ensure smooth store operation.
• Ensure the store is stocked, clean, and in proper working order, and manage posters and signage per Amorino guidelines.
• Provide training on Amorino Know-how, standard procedures, new products, promotions, and policies; supervise ongoing training.
• Supervise and coordinate duties and daily tasks among team members; ensure correct gelato servings, presentation, efficiency, and high-quality customer service; monitor store maintenance and sanitation.
• Check regularly invoices, costs, and personnel/payroll related administrative duties; manage supplier contacts in the store owner's absence; assist in planning the store budget.
• Track KPIs for sales, profitability, store management, and cost control; oversee inventory management, weekly frozen and dry goods inventories, and ordering according to owner guidelines.
• Oversee daily cash management functions; maintain product traceability/cleaning, machinery maintenance, and store cleanliness.
• Manage poster/signs placement and ensure correct turnover of gelato stock by monitoring servings per employee.
