About the Role Shop Assistants / Merchandisers are the front line in delivering a positive in-store experience. In this role you'll welcome customers, help them find products, process payments, keep shelves stocked and displays fresh, and support stock control, deliveries, and promotions. The position requires energy, a friendly attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
What You'll Do
- Welcome customers and make them feel at home.
- Help shoppers find exactly what they’re looking for.
- Process payments (cash & card) with accuracy.
- Keep shelves stocked and displays looking fresh.
- Answer customer questions and give great product advice.
- Keep the store sparkling clean and tidy.
- Be alert to security risks and help prevent losses.
- Assist with stock control, deliveries, and promotions.
- Work weekends — because retail never sleeps and our customers love shopping then!
