Amorino is seeking a Shop Assistant Manager for our Wimbledon location to deliver first-class customer service, support gelato and beverage preparation, and help maintain store operations in a fast-paced environment. The role focuses on customer service, product knowledge, and assisting with daily setup, stock, and clean-up. What You'll Do

Deliver exceptional customer service to all customers who walk through our doors

Be knowledgeable and enthusiastic about gelato, coffee, dessert preparation and products

Perform setup, cleanup, stock work and handling of food items

Maintain high quality store operations What We're Looking For

High school diploma, or equivalent (preferred)

Customer service focused and solution oriented

Need to be a fast learner, agile, and quick at hand-crafting gelato

Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and co-workers
