About the Role Amorino is seeking a Shop Assistant Manager at Siam Mall Tenerife to deliver exceptional customer service while preparing gelato, coffee and other beverages in a fun, fast-paced retail environment. You will help maintain high-quality store operations and share passion for handmade gelato and Italian coffee with customers. What You'll Do
- Deliver exceptional customer service to all customers and help create a welcoming gelato shop experience.
- Be knowledgeable and enthusiastic about gelato, coffee, dessert preparation and Amorino products; assist with setup, cleanup, stock, and handling of food items.
- Maintain high-quality store operations, cleanliness and organization to ensure efficiency and quality. What We're Looking For
- High school diploma, or equivalent (preferred)
- Customer-service focused and solution oriented
- Fast learner, agile, and quick at hand-crafting gelato
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and co-workers
- Ability to work flexible schedules based on store needs
- Bi-lingual (English and Spanish) is a plus
