About the Role Amorino is hiring for a Shop Assistant Manager in Sevilla – Alcázar. This role is for bi-lingual baristas and retail associates who will deliver exceptional customer service and support daily store operations, while hand-crafting gelato and beverages in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do
- Deliver exceptional customer service to all customers who walk through our doors.
- Be knowledgeable and enthusiastic about gelato, coffee, dessert preparation and products.
- Perform setup, cleanup, stock work and handling of food items.
- Maintain high quality store operations.
- Hand-craft gelato flowers, specialty Italian coffee and other beverages as part of daily duties.
- Be flexible with scheduling based on store needs.
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma, or equivalent (preferred).
- Customer service focused and solution oriented.
- Fast learner, agile, and quick at hand-crafting gelato.
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and co-workers.
- Ability to work flexible schedules based on store needs.
- Bi-lingual (Spanish/English) preferred.
