About the Role Amorino is hiring a Shop Assistant Manager in Prague to deliver outstanding customer service, educate customers on gelato and beverages, and maintain high-quality store operations in a fast-paced environment. The role focuses on delivering excellent guest experiences and supporting daily shop operations.
What You'll Do
- Deliver exceptional customer service to all customers who walk through our doors
- Be knowledgeable and enthusiastic about gelato, coffee, dessert preparation and products
- Perform setup, cleanup, stock work and handling of food items
- Maintain high quality store operations
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma, or equivalent (preferred)
- Customer service focused and solution oriented
- Need to be a fast learner, agile, and quick at hand-crafting gelato
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and co-workers
- Ability to work flexible schedules based on store needs
- Bi-lingual abilities are valued
