About the Role Amorino is seeking a Shop Assistant Manager at its Prado Norte store in Mexico City. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, deep knowledge of gelato and coffee, and hands-on store operations in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment. The ideal candidate will be bi-lingual, outgoing, and committed to creating a high-quality experience for guests.
What You'll Do
- Deliver exceptional customer service to all customers who walk through our doors
- Be knowledgeable and enthusiastic about gelato, coffee, dessert preparation and products
- Perform setup, cleanup, stock work and handling of food items
- Maintain high quality store operations
- Support hand-crafting gelato flowers and beverages in a fun, fast-paced environment
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma, or equivalent (preferred)
- Customer service focused and solution oriented
- Fast learner, agile, and quick at hand-crafting gelato
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and co-workers
- Ability to work flexible schedules based on store needs
- Bi-lingual (Spanish/English) capabilities
